What do you like best about DeviQA?
DeviQA made a great initial effort to not only fully understand our service but also align with our development team culture so they were immediately a natural fit.

During our partnership, they have provided a high quality QA service, which is what you would expect, but I have also been impressed by how they work to provide extra value. They don’t just wait to be told what to do (which can be common when working with 3rd parties) but they look to be proactive in taking on responsibility, improving workflows and making suggestions for pipeline improvements.

What do you dislike about DeviQA?
Nothing really comes to mind. The team responds well to feedback when it arises but there have been no major issues.

DeviQA provides the QA facility in our development team.

It has benefitted us to get them involved so we can guarantee we have an experienced, high-quality QA team that can create confidence in our Dev team that they know they are releasing high quality updates.

As a manager, I know I can pass on tasks and information and am sure that they will take care of it with minimal fuss so I can focus on other things without worrying about chasing up.
