What do you like best about DeviQA? DeviQA's key difference from the other vendors we've used in the past was their understanding of our business, our sector, our maturity and our challenges. They went out of their way to make sure they were fully informed about how they could best serve our needs, aligning with our goals and, importantly, our preferred ways of working. Technically, they were extremely proficient, delivering us contemporary solutions which delivered immediate value. What do you dislike about DeviQA? With any remote relationship, communication is key, and it's something that both parties have to work on to ensure success. DeviQA faired no worse than anyone else I've worked with on a remote basis, however it is absolutely something that requires investment in order to work. Recommendations to others considering DeviQA: DeviQA are the only partner you'll need. I've worked with many 10s of service providers in the past, and most have been really good, but DeviQA have been truly excellent. What problems is DeviQA solving and how is that benefiting you? DeviQA has been instrumental in addressing the Quality Assurance challenges across our portfolio businesses. Their comprehensive strategy began with a detailed phase of quality definition, aligning it with the specific needs and objectives of each entity within our portfolio group. This involved identifying key performance indicators, setting quality benchmarks, and defining acceptable levels of variation for each company. The next step was an in-depth process mapping exercise, identifying areas where QA could be most impactful. This was followed by the rollout of a cohesive testing protocol, encompassing both automated and manual testing procedures. Their structured approach allowed for a uniform, yet flexible, QA process that could be applied across each business. DeviQA's team of QA experts also provided hands-on training for our staff, ensuring everyone was aligned with the new quality objectives and processes. Their manual testing procedures were rigorous yet adaptable, seamlessly integrating with our existing workflows. Their implementation of a comprehensive automated testing environment drove regression down and release speeds up. The end-to-end strategy delivered by DeviQA has led to more consistent quality levels, reduced error rates, and increased customer satisfaction across our portfolio.
