They wrote the operational documentation for the required tests and laid a solid foundation for our modernization project. The integrated test suite in TestRail and the use of Cypress as a test automation tool increased our testing capabilities and cut our deployment time in half to about 2-3 days. In addition, their collaboration with our internal team and ability to adapt to our schedules played a direct role in the positive outcome of the project.
